If you are unable to play back a video and you are receiving the error message "Sorry. Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here." you most likely have a browser plugin that is preventing the playback.

Since we make and sell our concert videos ourselves and protect the content from being played back on sites that are not our own, our video host checks to make sure the referrer is our actual store.

Plugins on web browsers like Privacy Badger can cause issues with video playback on our site, so we recommend that you disable Privacy Badger when trying to view a video on our website.

If you do not feel comfortable disabling Privacy Badger, you can try using a different web browser, or mobile device that does not have Privacy Badger or other similar plugins installed.
