Shipping Policies
If you receive a damaged or incorrect print-on-demand item, please do not refuse or return the package.
Send an email with your order number, and photos of the damaged item(s) laying flat to ordersspg@gmail.com and we'll take care of getting you a replacement.
These items are manufactured and shipped by a separate print-on-demand company and if they are returned or refused by the customer the company will not replace those items for us. They'll only replace items if they are not returned and photos are taken. Just the POD company's policy. Apologies for the inconvenience!
Shipping to the United Kingdom (Updated July 2023)
UK customers, you can order many of the merchandise items found here on our store over on the band's official bandcamp page, where we can ship them to you through there:

Our online store here can't ship anything other than print-on-demand items to folks in the UK. Digital delivery items are still being sold. To see a list of print-on-demand items from our store that will ship to the UK click here. This is due to new regulations, customs, and duties starting January 1st 2021 because of the UK’s exit from the EU.
International Shipping and Customs Fees
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country. All shipments being sent to and from a country must clear customs first. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be for specific items prior to placing an order. These fees are usually collected by your local post office when you go to pick up the package.
It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees and we will not do this for any international order. We also cannot reimburse you for any import duties, taxes, and charges due to customs.

International Order Tracking
International orders are processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships out that includes the order's Customs Form Number. With this number you will be able to track the package through the United States Postal service up until it leaves the United States. Your country's local post office may be able to track your package with the Customs Form Number, but sometimes this is not an option and it varies from country to country. Although most international customers receive their orders within one month of placing their order, some have reported it has taken up to three months. Unfortunately once the package leaves the United States there is nothing we can do to track the package ourselves. If the international order is returned to us due to the wrong shipping address or other shipping complications, we will notify you via email and you will be given a full refund for your order minus the shipping charges.

Shipping and Processing Times
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing in addition to shipping time for all orders in the United States.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing in addition to shipping time for all International orders outside of the United States.
Returns/Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the wrong item, style, or size being ordered. This includes print-on-demand items, and items shipped directly by the band. Please make sure you double-check your order before placing it.
If the item/style/size you receive does not match what you ordered or arrived damaged, please contact us at ordersspg@gmail.com and we will gladly replace the item if the error was on our part.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Returned Merchandise
If an order is returned to us due to the wrong shipping address or other shipping complications, we will notify you via email. We can reship an order that is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address being given during checkout, but the customer will be responsible for the new shipping postage. If we do not hear from a customer after notifying them about their returned shipment, customers will be given a refund for the order minus the shipping charges within a few days time.
While we will make every effort possible to correct addresses on orders that customers email us about, sometimes we are unable to change addresses due to fast packing and shipping times (especially for priority shipments, which we try and get out immediately for the customer's benefit).
It is the customer's responsibility to double check their shipping address and make sure it is properly formatted before submitting an order. We will not be held accountable for reshipping fees on returned packaged or packages sent to the wrong address from a customer's mistake.
